The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Energy & Sustainability Studies is built on Franklin Pierce’s highly-respected M.B.A. in Leadership program and allows students to concentrate their business studies on topics of far-reaching societal importance - sustainability, corporate social responsibility, climate change, energy production and consumption, and business as an agent for social change. It is designed for working professionals who are preparing to assume positions of greater influence in their chosen fields and who have a professional and personal interest in energy and sustainable business practices. Franklin Pierce University’s M.B.A. in Energy & Sustainability Studies focuses the examination and study of sustainability and corporate social responsibility matters through the lens of energy and resource production and consumption. Study of these concepts is presented in very concrete, quantitative and practical terms to provide students with new tools for immediate application and innovation in their business and private lives. Enhanced quantitative and qualitative skills enable graduates to apply the processes of collaboration, strategic thinking and critical analysis to management challenges and opportunities, and to create a greater sense of social responsibility within their organizations.
