Take your masterpieces to the next level and into an exciting career! Run your own business, work at a high-end kitchen, or move up in the hospitality industry corporate field – all of these are possibilities with our culinary arts diploma or our baking and pastelería programs.

The Culinary Arts Diploma Program offers students the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to obtain an entry-level position in the field. Students will gain hands-on knowledge of sauces, meats, and baked products. In addition, they will learn about kitchen safety and sanitation techniques to ensure food safety. Finally, they will cover management and supervision in the food service industry.

A total of 975 contact hours is required and divided into 460 lecture hours, 320 lab hours, and 195 externship hours. Employment opportunities Banquet Cook, Line Cook, and Catering Cook
