The law and management of real estate and infrastructure bachelor programme trains you to be knowledgeable in management and development of real estate and infrastructure projects. It provides you with thorough knowledge of European real estate management, urban planning, modern architecture, valuation of properties, and marketing of real estate. It also provides you with insight into public-private partnerships and management of infrastructure projects. It gives you an excellent basis to work as for real estate developers or develop your own business of real estate anywhere in Europe but also work for government and public private partnerships in managing large public private infrastructure investment projects. The programme especially focuses on a variety of interdisciplinary skills, such as real estate contracts, management skills, and real estate accounting. In line with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) teaching model, you work on real-life case studies both independently and in small groups, and are trained in giving oral presentations and arguing a case in front of Board of Directors of a real estate development company. The law and management of real estate and infrastructure bachelor program is a three year study program. The program has 180 ECTS credits.
