Program Description:
The English Language Institute offers full-time, intensive English as Second Language (ESL) instruction focussed on preparing students for university study in an English-speaking environment. Students will find: ¦Speaking, listening, reading, and writing courses that enable students to use English to communicate in the University classroom and in the world ¦Small classes and personal attention ¦Elective sessions in special subjects such as TOEFL preparation and accent reduction ¦Opportunities to practice English and share cultures with English-speaking conversation partners and in discussion groups ¦Office of International Affairs sponsored trips and International Students Club events
