Program Description:
This 8 week program focuses on intensive language study, with field trips every weekend. A host family option for students with two or more years of Chinese is available. Program features include a language pledge, small classes, weekly Chinese table, a long weekend trip led by faculty, and extracurricular activities.

Setting Description:
The University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), one of the most sought after academic institutions in China, is located in the lovely Chaoyang District, the most international area of Beijing, located in the Northeastern part of the city, a stone's throw to many of Beijing's most revered monuments, and easily accessible to all points of the capital.
