Program Description:

• Duration 1-7 weeks • Residential accommodation (single rooms en-suite: only for groups of 12 students min) or host family • Hot lunch provided in private canteen (at the Amex Stadium) • Breakfast / evening meal at residence or with host family • Trinity examination • Activities including two evenings • Full Saturday excursion • Student ID • 24 hour emergency help line ??? 1 free leader every 12 students for residential • 1 free leader every 15 students for host family • Qualified and experienced teachers (hold at least a Bachelors degree in addition to a CELTA, PGCE)

Dolphin languages is a Trinity recognised centre. All our teachers are trained to teach the Trinity course. They are all native speakers and hold a first degree (minimum) and a CELTA or other recognised teaching qualification. The Trinity examination is internationally recognised and fully accredited by OFQUAL. Each year, one million candidates in over 60 countries take a trinity assessment. When students first arrive at Dolphin they will be assessed. At the end of their course they will sit the Trinity examination and will be able to see the progress that they have made. They will have a recognised qualification to take home with them. The English Course comprises of 15 hours dedicated to the Trinity examination. The general English course will develop students’ grammar and vocabulary and the Trinity assessment will be a measurement of the improvement with their speaking and listening skills in particular.

Setting Description:

We offer first class residential accommodation set in luxurious grounds. (All rooms single units with en-suite). The school is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. The residential accommodation is only for groups with 12 persons minimum. We offer Host family accommodation. All families are local, experienced, police checked and safety checked.
