When students first arrive at Dolphin they will be assessed. At the end of their course they will sit the Trinity examination and will be able to see the progress that they have made. They will have a recognised qualification to take home with them. The English Course comprises of 15 hours dedicated to the Trinity examination. The general English course will develop students' grammar and vocabulary and the Trinity assessment will be a measurement of the improvement with their speaking and listening skills in particular.
Returning students often report that the host family experience was one of the best aspects of studying abroad. By living in a home stay, you will: Interact daily with locals. Become a member of the family and build life-long bonds. Experience at first-hand the customs you will learn about in class. Practise a foreign language with native speakers in their day-to-day lives. Have meals provided by your host family (this varies by programme; check with yours to see what is included)
