Our 12-week active learning program on Sustainability, Heritage and Creativity is based in the Alpine province of Trentino, in Northeastern Italy, a diverse region in the heart of Europe. The curriculum includes three active learning classes that are taught in English: they offer students a solid interdisciplinary training in the humanities and the social sciences, as well as a number of integrated visits, meetings and labs to work on real-world projects and engage with the local communities. Participants also learn basic Italian to better understand the host culture, and take educational trips to major cities like Verona and Venice. The program fee is one of the most competitive in Italy and Europe at large thanks to the support of local not-for-profit organizations and the commitment of qualified local instructors.
