Program Description:

Founded by Christiana Stefanou and Bruce Steivel, in partnership with Bay Pointe Ballet, Dance Abroad Athens is a two week intensive training program for students and professionals who aspire to strengthen their technique and further develop their artistry, all while immersed in the inspiring beauty of Athens, Greece. Classes are taught by highly acclaimed professionals who desire to share their expertise.

Classes will be held at the Rallou Manou Professional Dance School in Athens, Greece. Access to studio location via public transportation or taxi is easily accessible. Classes are held Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm. Classes include Ballet Technique, Pointe, Men's Class, Variations, Pas de Duex, Contemporary, Conditioning, and Lecture. We recommend dancers en pointe bring at least two pair of pointe shoes to last the duration of the program. Cost:

Dancers may attend one or both weeks of intensive. One Week 809 USD (approx 600 Euro) Two Weeks 1,348 USD (approx 1,000 Euro) Upon acceptance into the program, a 269 USD (approx 200 Euro) deposit is required to register for Dance Abroad Athens. Remaining tuition balance is due the 15th of July, 2014.
