Program Description:
We have a STORY to tell... ? story that builds on the classical past, clarifies the modern present and visualizes the exciting future of the art of cooking. This is your STORY about your journey from the french classics through the international present and the galactic future. We lead the revolution in the culinary world as we go a step beyond "standard culinary arts" studies, one closer to arts, incorporating experimental cooking in a wide range of arts.

We are the only one officially accredited school offering a bachelor Degree not only in Culinary Arts but in gastronomy and Culinary Arts, taught in English in Central and Eastern Europe and one of a few within the European Union.

Setting Description:
Our kitchen is designed in most ergonomic way. We cooperate with producers of equipment for some of the iconic 2 Michelin star restaurants worldwide.
