Program Description:
The Master of Education Program is a 30 semester hour program offered with two specializations: Educational Leadership (EL) and Integrated Curriculum and Instruction (ICI). Educational Leadership. Covenant College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate, bachelor's and master's degrees. EL program is approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission; both programs are approved for certification by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). Programs are a blend of distance and residency, i.e. one week is spent on campus per course. This on-campus session occurs the last week in June through the second week in July. Course work begins in the spring of the year (pre-campus) and all courses conclude by December 31 (post-campus). Degree may be completed in three years and not more than six.
