Program Description:

The Hotel and Restaurant Management Diploma is an advanced level program that follows the first year Hotel and Restaurant Operations Diploma. This program is intended for those with fundamental knowledge and working experience in the industry. The program will enhance the students managerial, analytical and communication skills that are needed for senior career posts.

This advanced Diploma is a 30 Weeks, full time program with 7 theoretical courses, and 1 Executive Project. Each theoretical course is 100 hours, Executive Project is 50 hours. The students receive 6 additional Educational Institute certificates as part of our program. Hotel and Restaurant Management Advance Diploma Course Contents: • Hospitality Facilities Management and Design • Leadership and Management in the Hospitality Industry • Hospitality Sales and Marketing • Hospitality Accounting II • Management of Food and Beverage Operations • Managing Hospitality Human Resources • Rooms Division Management Executive Project

Our Location: We are located on the second floor of the prestigious "Best Western Hotel & Suites"; a beautiful niche hotel that serves as an excellent venue for our college campus. Our college is approx. 5 to 7 minutes walk from the Young & Eglinton subway station. The subway station, bus connections and roads network all make our college campus conveniently accessible from all parts of Toronto & the Greater Toronto areas.
