Program Overview

Program Description:
Our objective is to teach in an intimate milieu with a professional approach to make your learning experience as informative and enjoyable as possible.

The COMITATO LINGUISTICO was founded in 1986 under the name “Sprachkomitee” , and its primary objective was initially the teaching of German Language and Culture in collaboration with the German Foreign Ministry and the German Embassy in Rome. Later the name was changed to “Comitato Linguistico” , and the organisation initially specialised in cultural exchanges withGermany and courses in Italian for German speaking members of the association. Our students have included not only university students, but also employees, missionaries and senior citizens.

Setting Description:
All of our courses are are taught by teachers with degrees who possess specialized teaching qualifications to teach Italian to foreigners. They are chosen not only for their teaching competance, but also for their motivation and personalities. Games, theatre and lessons-on-the-move are an important part of our teaching philosophy, which considers enjoyment to be the easiest and the best way to learn. Grammar, as a system of rules, serves as a regulator for communication and is therefore dependant on it. Our choice of the best and most modern teaching materials, together with materials created especially for our courses, ensure that the teaching is up-to-date, varied and wel
