Summer in Florence, housed at Florence University of the Arts (FUA), offers 6 summer school sessions! Session 1: Session 2: Session 3: Session 4: Session A: Session B: Students may also combine sessions to stay in Italy for a full 12 weeks! Setting Description:
Florence is an ideal place to study abroad, with its incredible scenic views, mild climate, and endless options of things to do. It’s the perfect place to walk around and explore- Florence is a manageable size, making it easy to wander around without getting lost. There are also buses available to take you anywhere you want to go around the city, and trains to let you get out and see the rest of Italy. Florence offers some of the best options to see amazing artwork in Italy. There are many galleries to visit, and of course you can see famous works like Michelangelo’s David, or take a trip to the Duomo. Look out on the views from the Ponte Vecchio, hike up to Piazza Michelangelo, shop at the famous leather market, and more in this appealing city!
