Program Overview

Program Description:

This MS program is a two-year Erasmus Mundus Master’s course operated by CEU jointly with Lund University (Sweden), the University of Manchester (UK), and the University of the Aegean (Greece). MESPOM aims to provide future leaders with systematic knowledge about key environmental issues, as well as skills for translating this knowledge into specific policy and management strategies. In addition to their academic work, MESPOM students develop research, communication and other professional skills which help them to elaborate relevant career objectives and strategies. They also learn to orient themselves in European and worldwide networks of environmental institutions. Successful MESPOM graduates are awarded MS degrees by all consortium partners. Entry Requirements for the Master’s Programs
In addition to meeting the General CEU Admissions Requirements, applicants to either of the two Master’s programs must write a statement (maximum 350 words) addressing:
1) the origins of their interest in environmental issues;
2) how they hope to benefit from the program;
