Program Description:

Our PhD program is designed to prepare students for a professional career in research and analysis on problems in public policy in which science and engineering are central. If you want to explore how engineering interacts with other disciplines to tackle the complex problems of today’s society, the EPP PhD program might be right for you.

Our research spans many areas of engineering and policy - Energy Systems; Climate and Environment; Technology Innovation Policy; Risk Analysis; and Information and Communication Technology.

We also offer multiple additional-major options for undergraduate students (in partnership with the College of Engineering and the School of Computer Science) a Master's degree in Engineering & Technology Innovation and Management.
