Program Description:

To apply to Intern in Britain via the BUNAC USA office, you must: Be aged 18 or over Hold a valid passport from outside the EEA Currently be studying in the USA or be a US national studying elsewhere (Not a US citizen and not studying in the US? Click here.) Currently be a full-time degree level student, or a graduate intending to begin the internship no more than 12 months beyond the end of study Have completed at least 1 year of your degree before starting your internship, if undertaking an internship in the hospitality field Hold an acceptable internship offer in the UK for up to 6 months Have sufficient support funds.

BUNAC’s Internship program, Intern in Britain gives participants an opportunity to experience British life and culture from the inside. UK society is a fascinating mix of old and new and offers many attractions for young travelers. The arts, media and youth culture flourish, there are many historical and other places to visit and since Britain is relatively compact, it’s easy to get around to see the four UK countries – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. For longer trips, the rest of Europe is easily accessible.
