Program Description:

BASIS Global's International Student Program offers a dynamic and rigorous American educational experience for F-1 international students. Our international students enroll in a full course of study at one of our BASIS.ed managed campuses. International students studying at a BASIS campus in Arizona or Silicon Valley are placed with a suitable screened host family for the duration of their academic program. International students studying in the New York City area will be placed with a host family or in a suitable boarding facility.

The BASIS curriculum teaches liberal arts with a STEM focus. Our courses of study are designed to challenge and inspire; students become scientists, artists, writers, mathematicians, linguists, computer scientists and engineers. Our schools are highly decorated, as are the students who attend! Our program welcomes a diverse international population, attracting students with assorted backgrounds and areas of interest. Our international students are motivated, academically high-performing individuals with a great appreciation for an amazing educational and cultural exchange opportunity.

In 2015, graduates from a BASIS school received a total of $29,420,680 in merit aid, that is an average of $119,596 per student! Beyond the financial aid awarded, our students have a base of knowledge few students possess. Our students routinely score higher than most on standardized tests and critical thinking examinations. A BASIS graduate can be found at virtually every Ivy League school in the United States!

Setting Description:
