First and only school to deliver a diploma that is fully recognized and accredited by the French Government It is the only school of its kind in France to offer a complete program with a wide range of courses (wig, hairstyle, make-up, f-x). Atelier du Griffon provides a complete training in the art of professional makeup and hair artistry taught in the finest working studio facilities in Lyon.

Students have a 250 hours training period which allows them to acquire ongoing work experiences in the field. Students have been working on various TV sets, musical and theatre plays, and fashion shows. Students are provided with quality school’s materials such as wigs, hairpieces, and head blocks. Thanks to this high quality program and to the work placement of our students, our diploma was fully recognized and accredited by the State. This means that a diploma from Atelier du griffon is not only a nationally recognised and trusted qualification but is highly regarded throughout the film, television, and theatre industry nationally
