Program Description:

The priority of the Spanish program is to provide a friendly environment and a personalized service to help each student learn and practice Spanish while enjoying their time in Guatemala. Antigua Plaza is a Guatemalan family owned Spanish school located in La Antigua, Guatemala – Our teachers are experienced instructors that will tailor the lessons to suit each student's level of Spanish and personal goals. We offer our expertise in getting you started on various journeys around Antigua and other great travel destinations of Guatemala. We focus on helping you plan your visit to Guatemala, including adventures and cultural experiences.

Antigua Plaza knows that Immersion is key to learning a new language. Your experience with friendly instructors and outside activities will enhance the learning process and produce great results. Our teachers will work hand in hand to accommodate the specific level and preferred learning style of each individual student. We specialize in individual study programs for students because our teachers understand that everyone learns at a different speed and with varying difficulties. In other words our method is to adapt to the student, and not to have students adapt to our method. Our lessons are taught in a progression from conversation to grammar, history, traditions and many other topics in a way that allows our students to have fun while learning at the same time. With our method, students will have an easier time learning Spanish and will quickly be able to apply their new language skills to everyday life in Antigua, Guatemala!

We are located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants, hotels, hostels, guesthouse as well as many cultural and entertaining places, just 3 blocks from the Central Park.
