Program Description:
Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI), is a pluralistic, college-prep, international study abroad program for high school students where the land of Israel is a living classroom. Students study the core curriculum, taught by our renowned Israel core educators, as they explore 4,000 years of Jewish and Israel history by climbing Masada with the Romans, fighting the Crusaders at Belvoir, or hearing the mystics at Tzfat. Students also continue with their general studies courses in small classes with our e?xperienced teachers during our academic year sessions. Based at our Hod HaSharon campus, students live a college campus-like lifestyle where they enjoy independence within a structured system supported by professional staff and dedicated counselors. Students develop lifelong learning and leadership skills and form strong friendships that last a lifetime within our diverse student body. Since 1972, over 23,000 students from North America and worldwide have cemented deep-rooted connections to Israel and the Jewish people through AMHSI. Our bold vision aspires to transform tomorrow’s generation today by building the future of Jewish leadership. The impact of the Alexander Muss High School in Israel is reflected in our alumni’s ongoing commitment to Israel and to Jewish life.
