AJT enables students to gain valuable, real-world professional experience while living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Participants on the AJT program attend intensive and bi-weekly Spanish classes, learn current multimedia tools utilized within the journalism industry, publish their work in a foreign setting at internationally recognized media outlets and receive academic credit. Graduates of the AJT program receive the titles of bilingual journalists, giving them an edge in the highly competitive global media market.

AJT offers many more components to your abroad experience than your traditional study abroad programs. Setting Description:

Set in the cosmopolitan, European city of Buenos Aires, students will live in family home-stays, attend university Spanish courses and intern at specific publications, living the life of bilingual journalists. Participants will be immersed in the amazing, diverse culture that separates Argentina from the rest of South America. On long weekends and at the end of the semester, participants are offered discounted travel packages, allowing them to explore the vast and diverse country, from the exquisite wine regions of Mendoza to the desserts of Salta all the way down to the jagged peaks of Patagonia.
