space Housing at 12 Beaumont Buildings

Most WISC housing is in the very center of Oxford: St. Michael's Street, Beaumont Buildings, etc. Four houses are within a seven minute walk of the central area (defined as St. Anne's to the North, Magdalen College to the East, Folly Bridge to the South and the Rail Station to the West).

A computer, TV and video are included in every house. Telephones are installed in every house. The more expensive housing in the very center has a surcharge but standard housing (with no surcharge) is available to every student who requests it. Every housing unit includes at least one non-American student (barring last-minute withdrawals). All students are guaranteed housing (at no extra cost) during the Winter and Spring vacation periods. Rooms in an Oxford College are sometimes available. WISC has other houses; the few listed below are typical.

12 Beaumont Buildings is a beautiful Georgian town house with four bedrooms and a patio. It is located in the very center, near St. John Street. It is a seven minute walk to Trinity College and a twelve minute walk to New College.

Surcharge applicable.

Other WISC housing is in the Jericho area (near the very center) and near to Magdalen Bridge on the East.
