Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary. You can enter online by completing the official entry form.
   To enter by mail, send a 3x5 card with your name, address and telephone number to:
   StudyAbroad.com Sweepstakes, StudyAbroad.com, 1350 Edgmont Avenue, Suite 1100, Chester, PA 19013.
   Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on October 17, 2007 to be eligible. Mail entries must be postmarked no later than October 17, 2007. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Educational Directories Unlimited, owner of StudyAbroad.com, and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person. All subsequent entries will be disqualified.


2. All winners will be selected by random drawing to be held on or around October 31, 2007. Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone. Limit: 1 prize per person. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of qualified entries.


3. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a US$5,000 discount to be applied towards the January 2008 study abroad voyage of The Scholar Ship. Program discount cannot be converted to a cash payout. Rather, a reduction is made to the total program fee charged.

   Ten (10) runners-up will each receive a StudyAbroad.com prize pack including a StudyAbroad.com T-Shirt. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed.



4. Grand Prize winnings are provided directly to the winner as discounts by The Scholar Ship. These prizes are provided by these organizations for promotional considerations. StudyAbroad.com will assume no responsibility in relation to these prizes.


5. Personal information, including contact information, provided by each sweepstakes entrant will be shared with The Scholar Ship and StudyAbroad.com for promotional purposes. StudyAbroad.com's privacy policy.


6. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only, who are 18 years or older and in good standing at a U.S. college or university. Employees of Educational Directories Unlimited, The Scholar Ship, StudyAbroad.com and their immediate family members are not eligible.


7. Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release within 21 days of the prize awarding. Failure to comply with this stipulation will result in forfeiture of the prize and the awarding of the prize to another individual.


8. A list of winners will be available after Novemeber 1, 2007.


9. All judges decisions will be final.
