Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary. You can enter online by completing the official entry form.
   To enter by mail, send a 3x5 card with your name, address and telephone number to: StudyAbroad.com Sweepstakes, StudyAbroad.com, 1450 Edgmont Avenue, Suite 140, Chester, PA 19013.
   Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on December 1, 2003 to be eligible. Mail entries must be postmarked no later than November 30, 2003. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Educational Directories Unlimited, Inc., owner of StudyAbroad.com, and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person. All subsequent entries will be disqualified.
2. All winners will be selected by random drawing to be held on or around December 10, 2003. Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone. Limit: 1 prize per person. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of qualified entries.
3. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a three-week summer study abroad trip to Russia. The program is provided by Truman State University and GRINT Center for Education and includes housing, tuition and meals. Round-trip airfare to Moscow will be provided by STA Travel. The winner must contact STA Travel by January 30, 2004 in order to claim his/her prize. Certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply. One (1) Second Prize winner will receive a $500 discount to be applied toward the cost of participation in a Russia spring or summer Truman State University study abroad program. One (1) Third Prize winner and one (1) Fourth Prize winner will each receive a $300 discount to be applied toward the cost of participation in a Russia spring or summer Truman State University study abroad program. Ten (10) runners-up will each receive a t-shirt from Truman State University and a StudyAbroad.com mousepad. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed.
4. Grand Prize components are provided directly to the winner by Truman State University, GRINT Center for Education, and STA Travel. These prizes are provided by these organizations for promotional considerations. StudyAbroad.com will assume no responsibility in relation to these prizes.
5. Grand Prize is offered for the summer of 2004 short-term Russia program and is not transferable to any other date.
6. Personal information, including contact information, provided by each sweepstakes entrant will be shared with Truman State University, GRINT Center for Education, and STA Travel for promotional purposes. Additionally, each entrant will have the option of storing this information with StudyAbroad, creating a Student Profile covered under StudyAbroad.com's privacy policy.
7. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only, who are 18 years or older and in good standing at a U.S. college and university. Employees of Educational Directories Unlimited, Inc., Truman State University, GRINT Center for Education, and STA Travel, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
8. Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release within 21 days of the prize awarding. Failure to comply with this stipulation will result in forfeiture of the prize and the awarding of the prize to another individual.
9. A list of winners will be available after December 15, 2003.
10. All judges decisions will be final.
