Program Description: Developed for students at the intermediate level, this program takes place at a small, private, very progressive university located in the colonial historic city of Corrientes, in the Northeast of Argentina. Corrientes is in a rich multicultural area, near Paraguay and Brazil, where the Spanish, Portuguese, Guarani, and Toba cultures come together. The region has been declared of international interest by the United Nations because of its unique ecological characteristics. Students will live with local families and attend classes at the University while participating in selected internships with local institutions and merchants. Field trips will be arranged.

Program Description: This program offers the opportunity for an intensive study of the Italian language, culture, and civilization. There are eight levels of language instruction, ranging from basic to advanced, and courses in anthropology, architecture, history, humanities, interior design, linguistics, literature, microbiology, psychology, and visual and performing arts. In addition, a refresher course and a seminar in professional training are offered to current and potential teachers of Italian.
