Center for English Language Learning Maryville College offers both intensive English programs and academic programs leading to a bachelor's degree, and welcomes international students; bachelor's degree students can receive financial aid making the cost very reasonable for a small, private, and highly ranked program. The intensive English program has five-week sessions starting all year; the College runs on semesters and starts in late August and late January.

Overview The English program offers 25 class hours per week, with classes in grammar, reading, composition, listening/speaking, and a variety of optional classes. Class size is kept small so that each student has many opportunities to interact in class, and the teachers expect all students to work hard every day, so that you can progress quickly.

Setting The College is located just outside the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and only 20 minutes away from the larger city of Knoxville, Tennessee. Maryville is a small town which is very safe, has low costs, and provides a clean and quiet living environment.
