International Business and Marketing in Central Europe : The program has two main goals: to provide a rigorous academic program in International Business and International Marketing in Central Europe with hands-on site visits to businesses, and to build valuable cross-cultural skills by living in an international setting.
Curriculum Highlights: Students earn credit for MGT 325 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS and MKT 318 INTERNATIONAL MARKETING. The academic program earns students 6 semester hours of credit. (*equivalent to 9 quarter hours for those on a term schedule). The program is designed to give every student a thorough theoretical understanding of international business and international marketing through lectures, as well as a practical understanding through applied learning with site visits to businesses.
Setting Description: The program spends one week in Prague, the Czech Republic, one week in Bratislava, Slovakia, and one week in Budapest, Hungary.
Program Value: Program includes tuition and fees, required textbooks & reading materials, an official transcript, airport pick-up on the scheduled arrival day, orientation, a Resident Director, scheduled CEECE events and excursions, accommodation for the duration of the program, transportation to and from scheduled site visits, transportation to Bratislava, Budapest, and back to Prague as scheduled and as a group.
