State University of New York (SUNY) The State University of New York (SUNY) currently offers more than 400 overseas study programs in more than 50 countries: in North and South America, Africa, Asia, Western and Eastern Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Setting The University of Hertfordshire is located in rolling countryside at Hatfield along a major rail line only 25 minutes from London. The university grew out of Hatfield Polytechnic only a few years ago, and is now one of the fastest growing universities in England, and the top rated university in many subjects.
Value Courses are generally based on a 5 (Hertfordshire) to 1(WVU) ratio, so that 60 Hertfordshire credit points (roughly equivalent to four classes) are equivalent to 12 credit hours and WVU.
