From the StudentProspector homepage, login with your Login Name and Password. If you can't remember your password, simply put your login in the "Forgot Password" field, and it will be emailed to you. |

Our Search Page allows you to select specific criteria to extract profiles of prospective students listed in the database. There are no required fields, but the more you enter, the more specific your lists will be. Once you have finished selecting search criteria, click "search". |

The search results page will bring back the students matching your previously selected criteria, giving you prospective students' names, last date they updated their profile, country of permanent residence, and chosen field of study. Clicking on a student's name will bring up the student's profile. |

- This screen details the information provided by the student whose name you just selected.
- You can export this information to your email address by clicking "Send Profile to" and clicking "Send". - When you click on the "Return to List" button, you will return to the list of all students matching your search criteria. - "Update/Tag for Export" directs you to the Update Prospector screen. - The "Correspond" button takes you to the Correspondence screen where you can email the student directly about your program. |

This page enables you to contact the student directly via an email letter. You have the option to save letters, making them "Stock Letters", or you can personalize a letter without saving. |

An additional feature of StudentProspector is the History area, which stores your actions regarding the student. You can track sent emails, sent stock letters, and free form letters. |

Exporting student profiles gives you a list of student profiles in your personal email. These profiles can be exported in Tab Delimited form (viewable in Excel) or a PDF file for printing. All you have to do is name the file and click "Export". |
