The Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology offers postbaccalaureate and master's-level students in speech- language pathology as well as post-master's speech-language pathologists an opportunity to earn 6 graduate points or 60 New York State continuing education units while living and studying in Sweden. Sweden is a country known for its state-of-the-art approaches to speech science and speech-disorder remediation. Housed in the Department of Logopedics and Phoniatrics of Lund University in Lund, Sweden, the program combines lectures with directed enrichment activities. Founded in 1666, Lund University� the largest and most comprehensive university in Sweden�is a major international institution located in a small city over 1,000 years old. Home to over 37,000 students throughout the academic year and into early summer, this historic city is filled with student caf�s, bookstores, museums, and parks, all within walking distance of the university center.
