Each morning students participate in a 3-hour intensive French language class, taught by native instructors from the University of Nice Faculte des Lettres (one year of previous French study required). In addition, students choose from one of the following cultural electives: French art history, French literature, French cinema, French conversation, French cooking and studio art.

Our program in Nice offers students the opportunity to study 3-D animation and experimental video, as well as an introduction to digital cinematography. The program takes place at the Villa Arson, the national center for contemporary art in Nice. Students collaborate with other filmmakers at the Museum of Contemporary Arts, Direction des Affaires Culturelles, and Telecom Valley-Sophia Antipolis. Students earn 8 points (credits).
