; ; The Guadalajara Summer/Semester Programs are held at the ITESO; Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, located west of downtown at the southern end of the city. The ITESO is one of the leading universities in all of Latin America, and prides itself on being among the most technologically advanced institutions in Mexico. ; ; Founded in 1732 as an "academy of the state," the University of Guanajuato has undergone three centuries of institutional transformation and has a student body of nearly 20,000 students. ; Considered one of the leading provincial universities in México, the University of Veracruz (UV) was founded in 1944 and offers a wide variety of courses. The University of Veracruz has several faculties spread throughout the city of Xalapa and over 58,000 students in its five regions. The School for Foreign Students (EEE) was founded in 1957 and is one of the most important schools at the UV. The EEE offers courses in Spanish language, culture, literature, history and more. It is centrally located in the heart of Xalapa and it is minutes from major attractions in the city including art galleries, museums and other faculties of the University of Veracruz.

    The Summer Program for Educators is designed for 400-level education majors, graduate students in education, and teachers seeking summer course work applicable to their classroom environments.

    Summer Language and Culture Program is a six-week summer program designed for all undergraduate levels of Spanish language. Students combine 80 contact hours of Spanish language with a course in Mexican history or Mexican literature.

    This Northwestern program is hosted by the Medical School at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. In addition, students participate in weekly excursions to cultural and historical sites, as well as site visits to health agencies and clinics. As part of the program, students work in an indigenous rural village for three days.

    The Geography of Mexico and the Caribbean in Queretaro program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to study the physical, historical and human geography of the region in a first-hand setting. The three-week program will involve two weeks of intensive coursework at the Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro. Classes will be held in the morning after breakfast at the hotel. Students will be free for lunch but most afternoons will be devoted to field trips that highlight many of the themes addressed in the course. Field trips will include visits to neighboring towns such as Guanajuato, a colonial mining town that is also home to the Diego Rivera Museum, the Pena de Bernal (the world's 2nd largest monolith), the colonial Mision de Jalpan in the Sierra Gorda Montains, and Tequisquiapan, a regional, domestic tourism hotspot featuring geothermal spas. The final week of the program will be held in Mexico City where we will visit sites such as the pyramids of Teotihuacan, the Museum of Anthropology, and examine processes of urbanization in the world's 5th largest city.
