Afternoon field trips take us to places foreign tourists never see. Participants will also attend classical music and dance performances, visit the Taj Mahal, and go to Sarnath where Buddha preached his first sermon. Daily yoga with the wonderful Smriti Chakravarti is included. All lectures are given by professors from Banaras Hindu University and Dr. Arvind Singh, an archaeologist and expert on Varanasi history and culture. CEUs available upon request.
