LPI French Language/Culture in Angers for College Credit Click here to contact	In Angers, LPI offers program participants of all levels of language proficiency the opportunity to study the French language, culture and civilization. Founded in 1875 the Université Catholique de L'Ouest in Angers is the second largest university in France and has been offering French instruction to foreign students through its Centre Internacional d'Etudes Francaises (CIDEF) since 1947. Courses are usually held during the mornings Monday through Friday and afternoons are reserved for activities.
