This Language and Culture Program is based in the lively university town of Salamaca. Students live in a historic international dormitory (student residence) located 2 minutes from the vibrant Plaza Mayor in the center of town for 2 weeks while they take language classes, participate in a variety of excursions and activities, and interact with local Spanish teens and university students. Each day includes activities and excursions, with an ideal balance of free time and organized activities.

High school students have the ideal opportunity to build their future college resumes while taking summer classes in the vibrant university town of Salamanca, and live with families near the school. There is an option for an additional week outside of the city to live one-on-one with immersion host families who have teenagers of their own. Also included is one week of travel to some of the most incredible destinations in Spain.
Whenever possible, we incorporate Language Partners into our programs. These young people are usually university students who work to enrich the total experience by providing our participants with lots of opportunities for integration into the community and practice in conversational Spanish.
