We provide a select group of high school students the opportunity to receive intensive language training for six weeks in Beijing while immersing themselves in Chinese language, culture and society. Living in n Beijing with a host family, taking rigorous language classes and engaging in various cultural, social and community service activities, students advance both their Chinese language skills as well as their understanding of China. Upon their completion of the program, most students acquire more Chinese than they do at school in one academic year, therefore many skip one or even two academic years of their high school Chinese.
