Lake Tahoe Community College offers Spanish language courses in Salamanca, Spain through our partner organization, don Quijote. Students may choose to begin their course on any Monday of the year and may study up to 27 weeks, taking several courses in succession.
The school is centrally located so you can take part in local activities and learn about the art, history, and culture of the country you are visiting. Some cultural activities are included such as cooking classes, singing classes, and dance lessons.
Big city excitement, yet preserves its small-town appeal; celebrated for its sandstone buildings which provide the city with its golden radiance. In Salamanca, you’ll walk wherever you need to go, as you enjoy this Renaissance city’s graceful plazas, charming cafes, and legendary lively nightlife.
Each course is 2 to 3 weeks in duration and worth 5 to 6 quarter units. All credits are transferable.
