This program explores a wide range of drawing and painting media as well as approaches to abstracting from the unique environment and ecology of the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico and the El Yunque rainforest on the main island. Yoga Practice, with an eye to enhancing creativity, begins with stretches and the discipline of asanas each morning and ends with meditation proven to quiet the judgmental mind and soothe physical tensions.
