AsiaLearn AsiaLearn provides college/university students with study abroad opportunities in various locations throughout Asia. All programs include invaluable support services and opportunities for exciting excursions. Students of all majors are welcome to apply, and no prior language skill is required. Some or all courses are taught in English at each university, and foreign language classes are strongly encouraged.
China
AsiaLearn Sichuan Unviersity and AsiaLearn Contact:	Although Sichuan Unviersity is a comprehensive institution with a ride range of academic programs available, the university has developed a program of study designed specifically for international students who wish to learn about Chinese language and culture. This programs offers a range of courses to meet the academic needs of students from a variety of academic areas and requires no prior language study. Courses are taught in English.
AsiaLearn University of Hong Kong and AsiaLearn - Asia as the Global Future Contact:	A series of lectures and seminars focus a variety of topics related to Asia as the Global Future. These include studies in economics, sociology, political science, international relations, development studies and cultural studies. Renowned businessmen, community leaders and scholars will also contribute to the course as guest speakers. The abilities developed during this course will facilitate team building, public speaking skills, as well as creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and research.
AsiaLearn University of Hong Kong and AsiaLearn - Social Science Research Methods Contact:	Covering both qualitative and quantitative techniques, the courses will offer graduate students a unique opportunity to meet leading scholars in their area, to develop professional networks and to broaden their set of research skills. During these four weeks, students will also be exposed to a wide range of topics related to China and Asia from within the social sciences, humanities and economics.
Japan
AsiaLearn Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) and AsiaLearn Contact:	All courses are offered in English and Japanese. Japanese Language classes (fundamental to advanced) are also available for study abroad students. The two colleges at APU are Asia Pacific Studies (APS) and Asia Pacific Management (APM). Studies in Asia Pacific Studies are founded on the following themes: Comparative Societies and Cultures,International Governance,Environmental Resource Policy, Sustainable development. Specialized fields in Asia Pacific Management include: Marketing and Corporate Strategy,Accounting and Finance,International Business,Comparative Management,New Business and Innovation.
AsiaLearn World Campus-Japan and AsiaLearn Contact:	Educational themes (i.e., Social Welfare Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Revitalization, Environment, Immigration, Peace and Conflict) are arranged as the foundation of learning during each week of the program. During these discussions, you are given an opportunity to broaden your learning not only from guest speakers, but also by sharing your own experiences with other class members as well. As a complement to the discussions, hands-on interactive activities in local communities act to deepen ones understanding as well.
AsiaLearn Korea University International Summer Campus and AsiaLearn Contact:	Students can choose up to a maximum of three classes from the academic areas of Economics and Business, Humanities, Sociology and Cultural Studies, Law, Politics and International Relations, Science, Korean Studies, Korean Language and Fine Art/Design. Except for Korean language classes, the medium of instruction for all courses is English.

AsiaLearn National University Singapore and AsiaLearn - Asian Perspective: Learn Mandarin and Uncover Southeast Asia Contact:	You will learn the basics of Mandarin in daily morning lessons. In the afternoon, there will be lessons on Chinese and Southeast Asian history and cultures. Learn the art and technique of brewing Chinese tea at a teahouse, 'combat' during Wushu (Chinese martial arts) sessions, attempt brushstrokes in our Chinese calligraphy class and discover the therapeutic power of acupuncture. There will also be lecture discourses covering the history and national identities of Southeast Asia, as well as the integration of people in the region. Lessons are not confined to the classrooms. You will actively participate in fieldtrips to local museums and places of worships, attend hands-on workshops where you can sing and dance to traditional Balinese music, create your very own Batik art and embark on an archaeological tour. Through our film studies on Southeast Asia, you will also learn more about the region in an enjoyable and engaging manner. Course Load 100 Hours of Mandarin (Conducted in Mandarin) 48 Hours of Chinese and Southeast Asian History and Cultural Studies (Conducted in English) Certain afternoons are reserved for self-revision and recreational activities. There will also be plenty of chances during the weekends for you to explore Singapore and neighboring islands and countries.
South Korea
AsiaLearn Korea University and AsiaLearn Contact:	Korea University is a comprehensive university with programs of study in the many fields. More than 40% of all classes are instructed in English. Korean language instruction is offered every semester with six different levels available from beginner to advanced.
