Kenya May Term 2010
Course Description: The focus of this study program is to explore the dynamics of Kenyan Literature from the pre-colonial to contemporary times. The course also focuses on various forms of Kenyan artistic expression including folk tales, oral literature, novellas, and novels. The course also consists of class lectures and discussions, projects, and visits to various rural communities, original colonial plantations, farms, and museums in Kenya.
