Semester Marchutz students supplement their studio painting and drawing course (6 credits) and their seminar (3 credit) with two elective courses from IAU's main liberal arts center, Le Centre d'Aix. The Marchutz program is conducted entirely in English; however, students are required to select a French course as one of their electives at Le Centre d'Aix. The summer term includes the studio and seminar courses as well as a non-credit French 'survival course' for all levels at no extra cost.
