International Honors Program Cities in the 21st Century Contact:	A small group of students and faculty will travel to Sao Paulo and Curitiba, Brazil; Cape Town, South Africa; and Hanoi, Vietnam during the spring semester or Delhi and Chandigarh, India; Cape Town, South Africa; and Buenos Aires, Argentina in the fall semester to explore issues related to urban planning, politics, economics, and environments (both social and ecological). State University of New York (SUNY) Study Abroad with the SUNY System Contact:	The State University of New York (SUNY) currently offers more than 400 overseas study programs in more than 50 countries: in North and South America, Africa, Asia, Western and Eastern Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
