The IES Siena in Tuscany program is designed for students with all levels of Italian who are interested in studying the Social Sciences and Humanities in a beautiful provincial setting. Students must have completed only one semester of Italian to be eligible for the program.

The CET Siena program is designed to provide students with a broad understanding of Italy's art heritage. The program takes advantage of the rich artistic treasures of both Siena and Florence, and all courses incorporate excursions to local sites. CET Siena is one of the few study abroad programs that uses Art History as its central focus while also offering other courses in area studies. The program welcomes not only art history and Italian studies majors but also non-majors interested in exploring Italy's art history, language, politics, and culture. There is no Italian language prerequisite.
