From the base in Amman, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, this program provides firsthand insight into a modern Middle Eastern state grappling with regional conflict, political responsibility, and social change.

An intensive summer program is a package consisting of the followings: a 1-month long intensive elementary Arabic language course offered the university of Jordan, a comfortable accommodation, and a weekly tour to a historical and touristic site in Jordan. Four summer programs are offered every year: in June, in July, in August, and in September.
