HOUSING AND MEALS
Accomodation Availabilty for Students Studying At IPAG

IPAG is centrally located in Nice, but, as most other schools in France, does not have dorms. Therefore, IPAG helps students to find private sector accommodation within close proximity to the School.

  1. Students are met at the airport or the train station in Nice.

  2. Students in Nice are housed in furnished apartments. There are many apartments available for rental in Nicesince this is one of the main vacation spots in the world. Prices range from very affordable (under $250.00 a month) to very expensive.

  3. Students generally share apartments with other American students, sometimes with French students.

  4. IPAG Nice will help students find housing through Real Estate Agents. This service is provided as a courtesy, not as an obligation to accept the apartments offered. IPAG Nice has no vested interest in any Real Estate Agency in Nice. Students are free to find their own apartment through another agent. Many do, many prefer to do so.

  5. There are many apartments in the "Old Nice" (le Vieux Nice). It is where 99% of the students choose to live because it is minutes away from IPAG (on foot), and right at the heart of nightlife. Be aware, however, that this is not the cheapest part of town. If you are looking for very cheap accommodations (under $250.00), you should look in the suburbs of Nice. Public transportation is available.

  6. Expect small apartments, with very basic furniture and equipment, and not necessarily a TV.
