Program Description:

The MSIT program seeks to provide students with a technical curriculum that covers a wide range of information technology (IT) topics. It is designed for those who are called upon to develop, implement, and operate information systems in a variety of organizations. Graduates of the MSIT program will have a broad technical understanding of current and emerging technologies in the IT field, a familiarity with systems engineering concepts, and a solid foundation in the technological basis of the Internet. They will also have a greater grasp of current and future effects of the convergence of computer systems and telecommunications systems technologies.
