In some campuses there are regular courses from other academic departments instructed in English.

The Boston University Graduate Mass Communication Program in London combines an internship, related course work, and independent living. The first six weeks are spent taking two core courses. In the last seven weeks, students work full-time in their internships and take a third course, for a total of 16 Boston University credits. Each course meets for a minimum of 40 contact hours and requires written work and examinations.

AUIP Traditional Study Abroad in Australia: Earn 12-15 semester credits taking classes with Australian students at James Cook University, which is located on the beautiful Queensland coast with easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and Outback.
