Why study at JCU in Rome this summer?
A Summer Session at John Cabot University is an intense, demanding and gratifying experience.
By choosing from the wide variety of three-credit courses offered each Summer Session, you will be accelerating your academic progress under the tutelage of a first-rate international faculty. The benefits are compounded by the inevitable cultural enhancement that comes from studying and living abroad.
Your international experience should provide you with an opportunity to further your understanding of our global world. Studying at John Cabot University, founded in 1972, provides you with a unique educational experience at an institution that has deep roots and extensive knowledge of its host country, as well as the educational excellence and student services you expect from an accredited American institution of higher learning.
Where do students live?
Students who do not already reside in Rome can ask John Cabot to arrange Housing. They will live in a shared apartment in Trastevere, in the vicinity of the University, during the 5 weeks of the program. You will live as the Romans do, within an authentic Roman neighborhood with its many coffee bars, restaurants, trattorie, gelaterie and open-air markets, in a picturesque setting of ivy covered walls and cobblestone streets, bordered by the river Tiber.
