Home stay
Home stay is the preference of most international students. It means living with a local UK family, and being treated as a member of the family. This presents the opportunity to practice the language and absorb the customs and culture, and is perhaps the quickest way to integrate. Many Home stay students form lasting friendships with their host families.
Accommodation is in single rooms and includes bed, breakfast and evening meal, and all meals at weekends and holidays during your course. Of course great care is taken in choosing the right family for you, taking account of individual preferences and issues such as diet, religious observance and family concerns.
Halls of Residence
To students who enjoy community life, self-catering in the multi-cultural environment of our Halls of Residence will appeal. There are 5 halls, all of which are within 15 minutes walking distance of the college, they are owned, managed and maintained by the College. There are no hidden costs - all electricity, water and gas charges are included in the room price.
